Project Contracts Engineer that supporting Government Customer in contracting creation, modifications and planning, contribute to Autonomous specification development, and facilitation of coordination between government Agencies. Participate in and provide input to development of Cyber Security System Specifications, Safety, Schedule and requirements meetings.
Essential Job Functions:
Plan, maintain, report and advise on cost and schedule for Robotics programs and projects.
Provide contracting support for Agreements Officer Representative Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), interfacing with Army Contracting Command Offices, Army Acquisition Management Offices, and the National Advanced Mobility Consortium.
Liaise with Marine Corps on autonomy programs and safety, specifications and common program(s) characteristics.
Provide analysis of and recommendations to emerging vehicle and system requirements.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Bachelor's Engineering degree in Engineering with twelve years of experience.
Experience with OTAs or FAR based contracts and Contract Deliverable Requirements List(s) (CDRLs), planning and authoring new contracting language, modifications to existing agreements and contracts, and facilitating the overall process working with Army Contracting.
Experience in Department of Defense Acquisition documentation, procedures and processes, from inception of new contracts and agreements to project close-out
Experience in Project Management, Government budgeting, Government budget cycles, Government funding, Government funding procedures and documentation.
Experience in system and component level testing, and Reliability and Maintainability (RAM) testing, including hands-on instrumentation, test set-up and execution.
Experience in requirements definition, transferring User (Soldier and Marines) feedback, needs and wants into function engineering product definitions.
Open to travel (four (4) months in a twelve (12)-month period could be all at once or spread across the year)
Expertise with Microsoft programs (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
