Manufacturing Engineer - Senior
Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team onsite in
Neillsville, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Leads and executes the preventive, predictive, and condition based maintenance of production equipment.
- Works with Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.
- Maintains spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system.
- Contributes to equipment engineering design evaluations.
- Leads preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
- Coaches line employees on basic maintenance procedures.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Project Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for a temporary effort (a "project").
- Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.
- Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maintenance Reliability Engineering - Interprets maintenance records of machines, tools and components using failure management strategies and quantitative analyses to either resolve existing issues or to identify new technologies to reduce the probability of failure to acceptable limits to continuously update maintenance plans across the organization.
Education/Experience
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
- This position will have special emphasis on OE (Operations Excellence) in the facility.
