Marine Service Writer/Manager

Northshore Dock and Marine, LLC is looking for a Service Manager to head up our rapidly growing Marine Service Department. We are looking for a team player who will work seamlessly with our marine technicians, boat delivery/detailing staff and office staff to provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers including providing timely responses & educating clients about the company's products and services
Schedule appointments
Create work orders
Monitor service progress
Calculate billing charges
Schedule technicians’ daily tasks
Work with service groups to order parts, maintain workflow, quote work to customers and meet scheduling deadlines

Mechanical marine knowledge
