We are seeking a talented and outgoing Call Center Service Agent to act as point of contact for our members to provide service that goes above and beyond.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting members with account inquiries, requests, research, maintenance, disputes and monetary transactions
- Performing service tasks by telephone, chat, and email
- Navigating multiple platforms to include Cisco, Adapt, Symitar, Synergy, Synapsys, and NCR Support
What we are seeking:
- High degree of accuracy and speed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to retain an in-depth a high level of knowledge on REV products and services to help members get the most out of their membership with REV
