We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer to join our team in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for the research, design, and development of cutting-edge aerospace technologies. You will work closely with a team of engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions that will revolutionize the aerospace industry. If you are passionate about aerospace and have a strong background in R&D and manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development activities to design, develop, and test aerospace technologies.

Collaborate with a team of engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are optimized for production.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the potential of new technologies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in aerospace technology and manufacturing processes.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of experience in R&D and manufacturing in the aerospace industry.

Strong understanding of aerospace technologies and manufacturing processes.

Experience with CAD software and other design tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to aerospace design and manufacturing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
