We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of medical devices. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, and ensuring product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, design, and production teams, to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct root cause analyses of manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support the validation of manufacturing processes and equipment, including writing protocols, executing validation testing, and writing reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials, including machining, molding, and assembly.
